That guy is Zenza Raggi. With http://www.iafd.com/person.rme/perfid=sraggi/gender=m/zenza-raggi.htm you can perform a "Check on pairings" seach for Zenza Raggi with "Valentina". So this will give a list of women named/aliased "valentina" with whom Zenza played in the same movie. But I couldn't find her in that list, maybe because not all the photos are provided at IAFD.

Do you know the title of the movie?
